Open Question: Girls: How should I ask her out?

Ok, so I really like this girl and I was thinking about asking her out. We have one class together and we flirt a lot in that class. We have been friends for about 3 years and I want to take it to the next level. She has been really flirty lately and telling me that we need to go golfing a lot as soon as golf season opens up. We went to the driving range by our home the other day and it was kinda awkward because her dad was there. Even though we were technically going together she didn't even set up close me. I finished a little before her and I went over to talk to her and she seemed really embarressed and I ended up talking to her dad more than her! I felt really bad afterwards but then she texted me (which is wierd because she never texts me first) and just said "tyyyyyyy". So texted back and we had a really good conversation. It made me feel really good and I want to ask her out, but I'm not sure yet. What do you think? Does she like me? If so, what would be a cute way to ask her out?
